Shipping & Cash on Delivery Charges

Below mentioned shipping and cash on delivery charges will be applicable on your order

• Shipping service will be free for all orders - Free shipping for all orders across India with no minimum order value.
• Only for cash on delivery service option a COD charge of Rs 100 will be added to your cart for all COD orders.
• COD payment option will only be available for orders upto Rs 5,000 and customers willing to place an order for a higher amount than mentioned will have to use prepaid payment option only.
• COD payment option may not be available on all products depending on their size and type. Eg: COD may not be available on learning furniture range.

• Order value is the total of the final product/ s price in your cart 

• Per product shipping and cash on delivery charges may differ on some products due to the weight and value of the product, in such case, refer the charges on the product page for information. Shipping & Cash on delivery charges policy on the product page will apply in addition to pointers listed under this page. 
• Cash on Delivery and Shipping charges will be auto-added during checkout based on the above applicable amount & rates. A split of charges will be displayed before you place your order.
• All charges & prices will be inclusive of GST (Goods and Service Tax) as applicable. A split of charges will be displayed in the Invoice for your reference.

• International shipping charges start at 2500 Rs and will depend on the weight of the shipment being shipped and the destination country for the upper limit. COD shipping is not available for International order and orders will be accepted in prepaid method only. 

Shipping Guidelines and Delivery Time Frame

SkilloToys.com is committed to deliver your order within the fastest/ mentioned time frame, while ensuring the highest quality packaging and right product delivery. 

• Online Paid orders are shipped the next working day and are mostly delivered within 3-7 working days (Metros and major cities) from the date of dispatch. 
• All COD orders are first confirmed on call and then shipped as per above mentioned time frame. 
• Product shipping is subject to clearance of the Quality check process of your product. In case of any issue with the quality due to any reason, customers will be contacted within 24 - 48 Hours and a full refund will be initiated as per the refund policy.
• Product shipping to your location is at the sole discretion of SkilloToys, due to any reason if the order is canceled by SkilloToys, a full refund will be initiated as per the refund policy.
• The availability of COD may vary for Pincode and depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if COD is available in your location.
• Delivery to parts of Northeast, J&K and Kerala depends on the availability of delivery partners and may take a higher number of days to deliver than the above mentioned.
• Delivery to your location will depend on the serviceability of delivery Pincode by our logistics partners. Please check your Pincode for further details. We may cancel and refund you in full if your Pincode is currently not serviceable due to any reason by our logistic partners.
• Shipments are processed throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays during the normal working hours and on days when all our logistics partners are not functioning. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the mentioned span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies such as Delhivery, Bluedart and Telyport for hyper-local delivery.
